Once a Skyline connection has been installed you will be presented with a standard RJ45 ethernet cable or socket capable of auto speed/duplex/straight/cross combinations with a standard 1500byte MTU.
All Skyline Air customers are given a static public ip address, if you do not have your connection settings then please make a request into our tech support team by raising a ticket.
Any retail purchased cable router should be compatible.
